While speaking with the subjects involved, the deputy found evidence that Viator grabbed a male victim and struck him. Viator was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $2,500.
John W. Daniel, 52, 4209 12th Street, Lake Charles, LA was arrested on February 22, 2017 at 1:22 pm on a warrant for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of probation. A deputy responding to a report of a suspicious person on Saturn Road in Bayou Vista located Weber walking on Saturn Road near Venus Road. While speaking with Weber, the deputy received consent to conduct a pat down of his person and located a pill bottle and syringe in Weber's pocket. The pill bottle contained various types of pills. Weber was unable to provide a prescription for the drugs. The deputy transported Weber to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
Jimmy Bridges, 51, 132 Vaughn Lane, Centerville, LA was arrested on February 23, 2017 at 1:36 am for domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace, and criminal damage to property.
Gina Deangelis, 49, 132 Vaughn Lane, Centerville, LA was arrested on February 23, 2017 at 1:39 am for domestic abuse battery and disturbing the peace.
Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance at a residence on Vaughn Lane. Deputies spoke with Bridges and Deangelis regarding the complaint and found evidence that the 2 subjects were involved in a fight. Deputies also collected evidence that Deangelis damaged a vehicle during the dispute. Deputies smelled the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on their breath. Both subjects were transported an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Following their release from the medical facility, Bridges and Deangelis were transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. No bail is set.
Brennan Giandelone , 17, 521 Tiffany Street, Apt. 12, Patterson, LA was arrested on February 22, 2017 at 2:27 pm on a warrant for obstruction of justice. The warrant stems from an investigation conducted on February 13, 2017 at the intersection of Jupiter Street and LA Highway 182 in Bayou Vista. Detectives retrieved a bag containing marijuana and a digital scale. A warrant was issued. While patrolling the Patterson area, detectives located Giandelone outside of his residence talking with other subjects who were in a vehicle. He was subsequently transported him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Giandelone was released on a $1,000 bond.
Jacob Adams , 18, 26586 Oliver Wheat Road, Baton Rouge, LA was arrested on February 22, 2017 at 2:49 pm for possession of marijuana. Narcotics detectives making contact with a suspect wanted on a warrant (see above), smelled the odor of marijuana coming from a vehicle in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Tiffany Street. Detectives received consent to search the vehicle and located a small amount of marijuana. Adams was released on a summons to appear in court on May 10, 2017.
Jasmine Lindsey , 37, 2713 Shaw Street, Morgan City, LA was arrested on February 22, 2017 at 4:21 pm for possession of Schedule I (synthetic cannabinoids).
Jonathan Lindsey , 32, 5618 Bayou Black Drive, Gibson, LA was arrested on February 22, 2017 at 4:15 pm for failure to signal and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of synthetic cannabinoids, operating a vehicle with a suspended driver’s license, and improper lane usage.
Narcotics detectives patrolling the Morgan City area observed a vehicle fail to signal a lane change on LA Highway 182 and conducted a traffic stop. Detectives made contact with the driver, Jonathan Lindsay, and passenger, Jasmine Lindsey. Detectives located the active warrant for Jonathan Lindsey. While speaking with Jasmine Lindsey, detectives received consent to search her purse and located 2 synthetic cannabinoid cigarettes. Jonathan Lindsey was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center for booking. Bail is set at $2,750. Jasmine Lindsey was released on a summons to appear in court on May 10, 2017.
