St. Martinville Water To Be Off Tonight

According to officials in St. Martinville, they will need to shut off water to the city tonight as there are some repairs that must be completed.

Adam Touchet, with the St. Martinville Police Department, says that water will be shut off starting at 10 o'clock tonight.

As far as how long the water will be off, that is not known. Touchet says city contractors say it will take as long as needed until they are able to complete the repairs.

Once the water is turned back on, the city of St. Martinville will be under a boil advisory until the water is deemed safe.
