The following is the list of the people arrested by the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office. They received 43 complaints, but only three people were arrested.

The arrests are as followed:

Reuben Evans, Jr., 27, 205 Bud Street, Franklin, LA was arrested on September 22, 2015 at 11:49 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of criminal damage to property, battery of a police officer, simple assault, and resisting an officer. A deputy transported Evans from the Franklin Police Department to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

Devon Marsh, 23, 1048 Ciro Street, Morgan City, LA was additionally charged on September 22, 2015 at 8:00 pm for the following offenses:

  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of resisting an officer and operating an ATV on a public road
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of cocaine
  • Warrant for failure to appear on the charges of criminal damage to property and criminal trespassing

Marsh was already incarcerated at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. No bail is set.

Carlos Pinchs-Francos, 44, 1110 Ditch Avenue, Morgan City, LA was arrested on September 22, 2015 at 1:25 pm on a warrant for monetary instrument abuse and theft. On September 22, 2015, a detective began an investigation into a complaint of an unauthorized transaction on a debit card. The investigator learned that while the card never left the owner’s possession, the account information was used to make a purchase at a store in Bayou Vista. The detective identified Pinchs-Francos as the subject who used a copied or cloned card to make the purchase. The suspect was located at his residence. While speaking with the detective, Pinchs-Francos admitted that he used the card. He was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set. The case remains under investigation.
