State Police Deploy Spike Strips To Stop Suspect

A thirty-two year old woman was arrested in Iowa on numerous charges after troopers from Louisiana State Police Troop I stopped her following a chase.

The Iowa Police Department requested help from State Police after a woman fled when they tried to make a traffic stop.

Troopers set out road spikes and they were able to stop 32-year-old Ashley Dejean's vehicle.

She was arrested on numerous charged after her vehicle crashed and hit a trooper's unit.

Troopers say the woman received minor to moderate injuries.
