Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish needs your help to solve 2 homicide cases.

Crowley Police are continuing their efforts into investigating 2 unsolved homicides which occurred during 2010.

The first case occurred on May 15, 2010 in the 1000 block of West 10th Street at 10:45 pm. The victim, Joseph Guidry, was walking in this area when he was approach by unknown assailants. Guidry was then shot multiple times in the upper body area. Motive has not been established in this case.

The second case occurred on November 19, 2010 in the 1100 block of West 7th Street at 11:54 pm. The victim, Henry Hunter, was approached by an unknown assailant as he returned to his girlfriend’s residence. Hunter was shot one time in the head. Motive has not been confirmed in this investigation.

Though numerous tips have been received in both cases, Crowley Police believe that additional information remains with the public and is seeking any information that can help solve these crimes of violence.
