A 12-year-old girl has gone missing from Lafayette.

According to the post on Facebook, __________ was last seen on Ambassador Caffery near Dulles Drive.

________ is 12 years old, 5'1, 140lb, and was last seen wearing blue denim shorts, a black hoodie, and black shoes.

The family is asking people to share her photo and, if anyone sees her, to please contact the police or __________________________
