Kalon S. Frank and Joshua W. Miller - two 22-year-old men from Eunice - have been arrested by Eunice Police for the February 5th home burglary that happened in the 1400 block of W. Vine Avenue.

Police Chief Randy Fontenot says a .22 caliber rifle and a diamond ring were taken during the burglary, which also left the resident in the hospital for injuries he suffered after catching the two criminals.

Deputy Chief Eddie Thibodeaux with the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office says a tip made to St. Landry Parish Crime Stoppers led to these arrests.

Both men have been booked into the St. Landry Parish Jail on charges of Simple Burglary of an Inhabited Dwelling, Second Degree Battery, Criminal Trespassing and Theft of a Firearm.
