$20 Million Law Suit Filed Against Authorities In St. Landry Parish

A St. Landry Parish man is suing St. Landry Parish Sheriff Bobby Guidroz, District Attorney Earl Taylor, three district judges and others for $20 million. Gregory Stelly alleges he was arrested on February 3, 2012 for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles. Stelly claims he was denied bail, was not allowed to call his family for a period of one year and when bail was allowed he had nobody to turn to. According to our news partners at KATC two years after being arrested he was released to due to a lack of evidence.
