The Acadia Parish Sheriff's Office is hoping someone can identify a vehicle of interest in connection with a shooting that happened a month ago in the Clearview Subdivision.

According to a press release from Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers, someone who was driving by a home in the 100 block of Alyson Drive southeast of Crowley fired shots into the home.

Even though people were at home at the time, fortunately, no one was injured.

They are hoping to ask questions of the person seen driving a four-door truck around the same time the shooting happened. They say this vehicle is a "vehicle of interest". Officials say it's a light-colored truck.

If you know anything, you are asked to call Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers at 337-789-TIPS (8477). You do not have to identify yourself when giving information to authorities. You can also anonymously share information with the police by using the P3 app on your phone.

This shooting happened at around 9 o'clock on the night of Sunday, March 28.

The video of the truck came from a nearby surveillance camera.

The tip that leads to an arrest in the case means that someone will get a cash reward of up to $2,500.
