Authorities Looking For 2 Men Who Robbed Lafayette Motel

The Lafayette Parish Sheriff’s Office needs your help trying to identify the two men who robbed the Cypress Tree Inn on the Evangeline Thruway nearly on November 9.

Deputies say the two suspects entered the motel lobby wearing skeleton masks, dark colored hoodies, gloves and dark pants, then robbed the clerk at gun point. Police say the two men are believed to have parked the getaway vehicle, a Chevrolet or GMC extended cab beige in the parking lot of the Days Inn next door.
