Cajun Harley Davidson Wants You to Support the Freedom Convoy as They Roll Through Lafayette

The Freedom Convoy began in early 2022 as truckers became fed up with COVID-19 vaccine mandates and restrictions in Canada.

As the convoy gained steam, Canadian police under the authority of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau began to shut it down and videos began to surface of authorities doing so forcefully.

Well, it was only a matter of time before Canada's trucking brothers in the U.S.A. would show their support and rally behind the cause and essentially pick up where the Canadian truckers were forced to leave off. Now, there are numerous legs of the Freedom Convoy making their way across the states with Washington, D.C. as their destination.

One of those legs is passing through the Lafayette and Scott area right past Cajun Harley Davidson on Saturday, March 5th.

Cajun HD knows how to throw a rally and will do so in giving people the chance to show their support for the truckers as they continue their quest to the capital.

Brandon Comeaux and Shannon Wilkerson of OFFSIDES sat down with Holly Sanders - a spokesperson for the truckers convoy - to discuss the event and how the Lafayette area became involved in where the convoy chose to pass.
