A baby is murdered in Dallas and the police chief is very angry. The 1-year-old child was shot and killed in a targeted shooting overnight.
The toddler is identified as Rory Norman. He was just a couple of weeks from his 2nd birthday.

The baby's 20-year-old uncle was wounded in the targeted attack. He told detectives an unknown person had shot several rounds at his home around 3:30 a.m. The baby was rushed to Children's Medical Center, but later died, police said.

Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall held a news conference around 12:30 p.m. Sunday to address the crime. Note, she is very upset

"We are angry," Chief Hall said. "This 1-year-old baby was killed due to senseless gun violence in this city that we are determined and aggressive about eradicating in 2020."
