Death Of The Dollar Bill – What Do You Think?

Congress is having a discussion about the possibility of eliminating the $1 bill in favor of $1 coins.  The move would be made as a cost saving measure as it costs less over time to mint coins than it does to make a dollar bill, which lasts less time than a coin does in circulation.

What do you think?  Should they get rid of the dollar?  Would you carry coins instead?
