Eunice Police officials say they were able to arrest a man they believe crawled through his girlfriend's bedroom window when he saw that she was lying in bed next to another man. There was a shooting that followed after an argument.

Eunice Police Chief Randy Fontenot says, via a press release, that Wednesday afternoon at around 12:30, 33-year-old David Haworth is accused of crawling through the bedroom window and then shooting the man in his right forearm.

Fontenot adds that while the verbal argument was going on, Haworth at first, pointed the gun at his girlfriend. When that happened, her male friend jumped in front of her, and he ended up being the one who was shot.
