Four In St. Landry Arrested On Incest Charges

In St. Landry Parish, four people are accused in the molestation and incest of two young children. Opelousas Police say they arrested Paul Rumback and Ricky Lavergne back in May after authorities learned the pair molested and had sex with a three-year-old.

Today, additional charges along with two more arrests involving incest with a six-year-old. Scott Trumps is charged with aggravated incest while Sheila Rumback is charged with accessory after the fact. Both children are in state custody, and all four suspects are in the St. Landry Parish Jail.
