BEWARE: Texas Could Be In Danger During The Eclipse, Here’s Why
The time is getting closer and closer to the eclipse coming to Texas, well the eclipse is not necessarily coming to Texas but half of the world is in so many words. That’s right millions will be coming to the great state and hundreds of thousands will be smack dab in the middle of Central Texas, where I live. Honestly, I can understand the fascination that everyone has with the eclipse and you want to be able to experience this moment with all types of people around the world, but here’s the thing, that’s not always a good thing even though we want a positive response to the eclipse doesn’t mean we will necessarily receive it.
WHY ARE TEXANS IN DANGER?
I know you’re probably thinking to yourself, this particular event will be so cool and amazing so why wouldn’t people want to just have a good time? The reality of it is some individuals are just jerks and jerks make it dangerous for you to walk around comfortably sometimes. I hate to sound like a Debbie downer but the reality of it is hundreds of thousands of people in one space is already overwhelming. What do you think will happen when millions are in the same place? Everyone’s not gonna be on their best behavior. I’ve suggested before that if you already live in the great state of Texas, you need to go ahead and get your water, gas, batteries, and food supplies because something tells me that’s going to run out very quickly.
STAY SAFE AND PREPARED TEXAS
Even if the people who come and visit Texas aren’t on their worst behavior, certain things can still be a burden during the eclipse like damage when looking directly at the eclipse, heat strokes happen, especially with so many people in one space at one time, traffic accidents, because of the sudden darkness and even disruption to wildlife happen when an eclipse takes place. I know people are more interested in the actual eclipse itself but please keep in mind that anytime they’re sudden darkness during a solar eclipse an individual is disoriented. Stay safe out there, Texas, properly prepared, and hopefully, we can all enjoy the eclipse.
