Jindal Orders All La. Colleges To Report Child Abuse

The recent sex abuse scandal at Penn State causing Governor Bobby Jindal to issue an executive order. The order requires that all colleges and universities in the state report all cases of child abuse within 24 hours of hearing about it. Jindal says the safety of Louisiana's children is of utmost importance.
