The trial of a man charged with the 2009 killing of a teen at a Sulphur night club has been postponed. Judge Kent Savoie granted the one week postponement to allow defense attorneys more time to investigate the case. David Nelson is accused of throwing the punch that led to the death of 19-year-old Chad Heath. Heath fell and hit his head on concrete, dying a few days later. Nelson ran away but Federal Marshalls were able to capture him the next day.
