Lafayette Police Arrest Alleged Gunman In Park Shooting
LAFAYETTE, La. (KPEL) -- Lafayette Police have arrested the person who allegedly shot someone during an argument two weeks ago at St. Anthony's Park.
Cpl. Paul Mouton says 18-year-old Trey Johnson allegedly "fired multiple shots in the direction of the victim" during the argument. The 35-year-old victim was not injured, Mouton says.
A warrant for Johnson's arrest was issued Nov. 12, Mouton says, and he was arrested Tuesday without incident.
