A woman gets woken up in the middle of the night by an apparent prowler, and Lafayette Police are looking for the suspect.

The victim says she was sleeping in her home on Castle Row Thursday morning, when she woke up after hearing a noise in her living room. She told police when she went into the living room, she found the suspect and told him to leave, and fortunately he did.

It appears the suspect entered and exited through the sliding glass doors. There were no items stolen and the victim was not injured.

The suspect is described as about 5'8," medium build. Since the suspect was seen in the dark, his race wasn't able to be given to police.

If you have any information, call Lafayette Police or Crime Stoppers at 232-TIPS.
