Meth Lab Discovered In Vermillion Parish

Vermillion Parish authorities and State Police say they uncovered a meth lab at a home along Highway 82 -- while the occupants were in the process of making and smoking it.

Agents with the Vermillion Parish Narcotics Task Force executed a warrant on the home yesterday and discovered several adults cooking the meth while children were present. In all, five people were arrested under various drug charges.
