Meth Possession And Intent Gets LA Man 93 Months In Prison

Today US District Judge Robert James sentenced 52 year old Brian T. Menzie of West Monroe to 93 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell. In addition Menzie was sentenced to four years supervised release. At his guilty plea on July 7th evidence was presented that law enforcement agents searched Menzie's home and found 121 grams of meth. Agents also seized $3,500, a firearm and assorted drug paraphernalia.
