The England family from China Grove, N.C got quite a surprise the other night while they dined at Stag n Doe Pizza House with their 8-year-old son, Riley, who has special needs. During the meal, Riley was acting up and causing bit of a ruckus slamming his hands down on the table repeatedly.  While some of the other diners where no doubt annoyed by the commotion, at least one person wasn't bothered at all.

The family's waitress approached the their table with tears in her eyes and handed Riley and his family a note and explained that someone had paid for the family’s meal.
