Sex Offender Vandalizes Cars At Jennings WalMart

Yet another reason to be aware of your surroundings while shopping is increased crime during the holidays.

KATC reports that 51-year-old Craig A. Neil, a convicted sex offender, was arrested for damaging car windows at the WalMart store in Jennings last Friday. Neil was charge with felony criminal damage to property, open container and failure to register as a sex offender.

Neil's priors include allegedly exposing himself in a bathroom at a Lake Charles beach last August and also attempting to sexually assault someone in the restroom. He's also been arrested in 1986, 1987, and 1993 for obscenity charges.
