A deputy located Guillotte at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin on the warrant. Guillotte was released after posting $15,000 bond.

Morris Madison, Jr. , 47, 43 Clark Street Franklin, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 10:40 am on a warrant for failure to appear in the charges of criminal trespassing and resisting an officer and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of possession of Schedule I drugs. A deputy located Madison at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse in Franklin on the warrant. Madison was released on a $1,500 bond.

Jose Flores , 56, 447 Highway 182 Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 10:34 am on a warrant for simple battery. The warrant was issued on April 28, 2016 following a deputy’s investigation into a report of a battery that occurred at a residence in Bayou Vista. The deputy found evidence that Flores grabbed a female victim by her arm and threw her to the floor. A deputy located Flores at the St. Mary Parish Courthouse on the warrant. Flores was released on a $500 bond.

Barry L. Jones , 29, 115 Cane Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 4:18 pm for the following offenses:
- Possession of marijuana with intent to distribute
- Possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute
- Improper lane usage
- Driver must be licensed
- Possession of Schedule III (Subutex)
Detectives of the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division observed a vehicle driving in the middle of the roadway on Highway 182 in Berwick and conducted a traffic stop. Detectives made contact with Jones and found that he was operating the vehicle without a valid driver’s license. While speaking with the driver, detectives received consent to search his person. During the search, detectives observed a clear plastic baggie fall from Jones’ pant leg. The bag contained marijuana, 4 pieces (rocks) of crack cocaine, and a Subutex pill. Continuing the investigation, the detectives also collected evidence that Jones intended to sell the illegal drugs. Jones was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Keven Pierre , 19, 1422 Hickory Street, Patterson, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 7:09 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of Schedule I drugs. Pierre turned himself in at the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office in Morgan City. Pierre was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Antonio Collins, Jr. , 31, 101 Pluto Street, Bayou Vista, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 7:18 pm for resisting an officer and on a warrant for domestic abuse battery and theft. The warrant stems from an investigation into a report of domestic abuse. The deputy dispatched to the residence in Bayou Vista gathered evidence that Collins struck a female victim multiple times during an argument and then left the area with the victim’s cell phone. Narcotics detectives patrolling Bayou Vista spotted Collins outside of his residence. Detectives exited their vehicle, identified themselves as law enforcement officers, and ordered Collins to stop. Collins saw the detectives and retreated into the residence. Detectives entered into the residence and located Collins hiding behind a TV cabinet. Collins was taken into custody and transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Carroll H. Alexander , 25, 305 Louisiana Street, Jeanerette, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 6:19 pm for maximum speed limit. A deputy on Highway 182 in the Sorrel area observed a vehicle traveling 71 miles per hour in a posted 45 miles per hour speed zone. The deputy conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, identified as Alexander. Following the stop, Alexander was released on a summons to appear in court on August 29, 2016.

Charles Prince , 49, 6304 Carl Meche Road New Iberia, LA was arrested on May 25, 2016 at 10:02 pm on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding, and failure to honor written promise to appear. A correctional officer transported Prince from the Iberia Parish jail to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center on the warrant. Bail is set at $359.50.

George Favors, III , 48, 1605 Cherry Street Patterson, LA was arrested on May 26, 2016 at 1:29 am on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. A deputy patrolling Siracusa observed a vehicle circling the area multiple times. The deputy found that the vehicle belonged to Favors who was wanted on an active warrant. The deputy made contact with the driver, identified as Favors, at a business on highway 182 in Morgan City. Favors was transported to the parish jail for booking. Bail is set at $1,181.
