St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Arrest Report

7 names appear on the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office arrest report. Deputies say they investigated 54 complaints over the last 24-hour reporting period.

Wayne Clark, 44, 1211 James Street, Siracusaville LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 9:58pm for charges of no turn signal, improper lane usage and possession of a schedule II narcotic. Detectives with the Narcotics Division patrolling the Morgan City area observed a vehicle traveling on MLK Blvd. The vehicle initiated a left turn without signaling and then crossed over the centerline on several occasions. Detectives conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, Clark. During the course of the stop, a search of the vehicle was conducted. Detectives located a bottle containing four Oxycodone pills. Clark was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Joseph McDaniel , 35, 1513 Gum Street, Franklin LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 7:01am on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of remaining where forbidden. A deputy patrolling the Franklin area located McDaniel on Willow Street. McDaniel was transported to the parish jail for booking. No bail is set.

Bryon Adams, 47, 117 Shirley’s Lane, Centerville LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 11:20am for possession of drug paraphernalia. A deputy assigned to the Centerville area responded to a complaint of a theft on Shirley’s Lane. During the course of the investigation, the deputy made contact with Adams and found him to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was later released on a summons to appear in court on October 17, 2016.

Charles Pollard, 42, 412 Camille Drive, Patterson LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 3:00pm for operating a vehicle with no insurance. A deputy patrolling the Bayou Vista area responded to a report of a crash on Southeast Blvd and Saturn Rd. During the course of the crash investigation, the deputy made contact with an involved driver, Pollard. Pollard was unable to provide any vehicle insurance. She was ultimately released on a summons to appear in court on October 17, 2016.

Dedrick Brown, 23, 1512 Louisiana Avenue, Lafayette LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 2:54pm on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of criminal neglect of family. Brown was transported from the Lafayette Parish Jail to the Law Enforcement Center in Centerville for booking. Bail is set at $2,241.97

Tayler Davis , 18, 300 Franklin Street, Morgan City LA, was arrested on July 6, 2016 at 3:56pm on the charge of remaining where forbidden. A deputy assigned to patrol the Patterson area responded to a call on Natalie Lane. During the course of the investigation, the deputy learned that Davis entered a home he was previously banned from. Davis was transported to the parish jail. He was later released on a summons to appear to court on October 17, 2016.

Kaci Henry , 28, 528 Hilda Street, Morgan City LA, was arrested on July 7, 2016 at 12:26am on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of no insurance, no taillight and suspended driver’s license. A deputy assisting the Morgan City Police Department on a traffic stop on Brashear Ave, came into contact with Henry. During the encounter, the deputy learned of the active warrant for her arrest. Henry was transported to the parish jail for booking. Henry was released on a $2000 bond.
