The above footage was taken from the car's cameras. Virita Carstaffin, the vehicle owner, was inside the restaurant having lunch when her phone alerted her of the damage.

Carstaffin said she expects to spend more than $1,000 to repair the front door. Also, she said she doesn't know Cox.

But wait, there's more...

As mentioned earlier, this wasn't the only vehicle that police believe Cox damaged. An officer spotted the man riding the mini four-wheeler nearby on Summerhill and New Boston roads and recognized him from the earlier video.

“They approached him. He gave a fake name, which they quickly determined who he was. Based on what they had seen in the video they knew for a fact that he was the one who at least hit the initial Tesla,” said Shawn Vaughn, Texarkana Police Department's Public Information Officer.

Authorities believe Cox damaged other Teslas in the area

Texarkana police believe that Cox also damaged a Tesla parked at the Lowe's on Walton Drive and another one at Genesis Prime Care on College Drive.

Authorities say the suspect used a sharp object to carve the name "Elon" on the side of those vehicles.

What's the status of Demarqeyun Cox now?

Cox is being held in the Bi-State Jail on a $105,000 bond. (No word yet if he's bonded out.)
