Three Great Festivals to Choose From!

If you're looking for a festival this weekend, you're in luck! There are at least three great events to choose from.

The 5th Annual Le Festival du Bon Temps a’ Broussard is going on this weekend at Stine Lumber in Broussard on the corner of Ambassador Caffery Extension and Youngsville Hwy. The Scott Boudin Festival Association Inc. and the City of Scott are hosting the Inaugural Scott Boudin Festival on Lions Club Road in Scott this weekend. There will be plenty entertainment including an Atchafalaya Reunion and so much more. Scott's own Zachary Richard will be there, as well. Delicious boudin and other treats, carnival rides, arts and crafts, and everything that make Acadiana festivals fun will be on hand. The Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival is an annual event held the first weekend of April at Kemper Williams Park in Patterson, LA. The festival is truly a family oriented and community event. It consists of a midway with amusement rides and games, arts and crafts show, car show, poker run, fun walk, gumbo cook-off, softball tournament, fishing tournament, golf tournament, petting zoo, old engine display, RV camping, lumber jack show, musical entertainment, and much more.
