Tips From Acadiana Might Solve Shooting Case

Just last month, a young woman was shot in her home while she was sleeping, and now Acadia Crime Stoppers is hoping someone will give them information about this case.

Crime Stoppers is highlighting a shooting case from Crowley that happened on August 18 of this year at about 2 o'clock in the morning.

The juvenile was just sleeping when some random people decided to fired some rounds into houses and cars.

Police say the juvenile was not a target of these people.

They are hoping someone knows something and is willing to the Crime Stoppers line at 337-789-TIPS(8477).

The shooting happened in the 300 block of North Western Avenue.

The juvenile was taken to the hospital after being shot.
