Transportation Sec Says Funding Is The Major Factor In Infrastructure Debate

Infrastructure problems in Louisiana are no secret, but Transportation Secretary Dr. Shawn Wilson says he's doing the best with the budget he's got. We asked about the I-10 bridge over the Calcasieu River in Lake Charles. He says the bridge has been repaired and the ratings floating around don't tell the whole story.
