Two Patterson Women Behind Bars For Meth
The two women, Amy Turner and Brandy Wiggins, are being charged with a dozen violations including both drug and traffic charges. The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office pulled over Turner for failure to yield and during the stop, found meth on her along with a combination of other drugs. She is being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Oxicodone, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Amoxil and warrants for Possession of Cocaine, Obstruction of Justice and Failure to Signal.
Officers then investigated Turner's home and found Wiggins in possession of meth as well as other drugs. She was charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a warrant for Failure to Appear for Criminal Neglect of Family.
Both women are being held without bail.
