Vermilionville’s 7th Annual Summer Camp Series

Get ready for a summer full of fun at Vermilionville!

Each week of the Summer Camp Series caters to a specific age group that provides skill level appropriate demonstrations and hands-on craft opportunities for ages 5 – 12.

Camp dates are as follows:

Week 1: English, Ages 5-8 – June 17-21
Week 2: English, Ages 9-12 – June 24-28
Week 3: French Immersion, Ages 5-8 – July 8-12
Week 4: French Immersion, Ages 9-12 – July 15-19

Throughout the week, campers will learn about the many things that make Acadiana so unique like the earth, plants, bayous, and natural resources of Louisiana. Kids will have the opportunity to explore Vermilionville and learn about what life was like for the Acadians, Creoles, Native Americans, and people of African descent during our time period of 1765-1890.
