$1,000 Theft At Meat Processor Lands Welsh Woman In Jail

The manager at Rabideaux's Sausage Kitchen in Iowa reported to the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff's Office that $1,000 paid for processing three orders was missing. An employee, 32 year old Emily Fontenot of Welsh initialed the paperwork saying she completed the order but denied taking the money. She was due to take a polygraph test yesterday but finally admitted to the theft. Fontenot was arrested and released on $3,000 bond.
