
Police Searching for 18-Wheeler Cab Stolen from Louisiana Truck Stop
(KPEL-FM) - Lafayette Louisiana police are asking for the public's help in locating a stolen cab from an 18-wheeler. The Cab was stolen Saturday, March 8th, from a truck stop in Duson, Louisiana.

The Cab was reported stolen Saturday from Wagin Cajun Big D's Truck Stop located at 400 Austria Rd, Duson.
Stolen Tractor Trailer Cab Description
Law enforcement is searching for a 2022 black and silver Peterbilt Model 589 Tractor and believe the suspects were in a white Peterbilt 579 Tractor with 'LNV' written on the battery box.
Only one suspect short description was obtained by police and the suspect is described as a male wearing all black according to KLFY. The stolen cab was last seen going westbound on I-10 along with the other cab they arrived to the truck stop in.
Anyone with information regarding the theft of this tractor-trailer cap or the individuals involved is asked to call 337-789-TIPS.
Additionally, the Tangipahoa Parish Sherriff's Office is still searching for the three mobile homes stolen from Berryland Campers last week.
