6 Wounded After Shooting at A Public Park in Chicago
Breaking overnight, a gunman opened fire into a crowd of people on Chicago’s west side, leaving six people wounded early Sunday morning.
Police responded around 2:47 a.m. to the 3500 block of west Lake, in East Garfield Park.
According to reports, the victims were standing in a large group when someone in a light-colored sedan began shooting.
The victims were transported to a local hospital.
One is listed in critical condition.
