Acadiana Suspects Being Sought For Car Burglaries

Several people are being sought by Acadia Parish Crime Stoppers officials after several vehicle burglaries were reported between July 7 and July 10.

The bandits were on bicycles when they were seen in the Rayne area.

They were seen on Habetz Loop and Quarter Pole Road getting into unlocked cars, making off with anything that was valuable.

In one instance, these individuals found a car that had the keys in the ignition, so they took the car.

They did find that car later on at a convenience store, and the man pictured with this story is being sought for questioning in connection with this case.

He's wearing dark clothing and a baseball cap on what officials say is a thin build.
