Bank Robbery Suspect Still Being Sought

The man who robbed the Commerce Bank on North Avenue G in Crowley is still being sought by authorities.

Police say a man wearing a stocking cap, some sunglasses, a hooded sweater and a light colored pair of pants walked in, and he demanded money.

Despite the fact that the man was unarmed, the teller did turn over an undisclosed amount of money.

Obviously not satisfied with the amount he received at the Commerce Bank, police say this man tried to rob another bank a short time later.

The suspect is said to have a small build.

The robbery happened just after 12:30 on March 6. The bank is located at 326 North Avenue G.
