Boy Accidentally Shot & Killed By Cousin

Police in Cameron Parish say that a boy was shot and killed by his cousin during an accidental shooting.

Sheriff Ron Johnson says Wesley Quinn was pronounced dead at a hospital this week.

Johnson says Quinn was shot int he chest with a .22 caliber revolver.  The shooting happened at a home in Sweet Lake.

The sheriff says they are continuing to investigate, but he does not plan to file charges in this case.
