Breaux Bridge Man Arrested For Non-Compliance

(St. Martinville, LA.) Following an investigation in reference to a non-compliant Sex Offender, Investigators with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office obtained an Arrest Warrant for 34-year-old Joshua Bernard of Breaux Bridge, LA.

This afternoon following the execution of the warrant, Deputies with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Joshua Bernard on the following charge:          

• LA. R.S. 15:542.1.2 (A)(2)  Duty of Offenders to notify Law Enforcement of Change of Address, Residence, or other registration information (Felony)
