Iberia Deputies Find Stolen Cars, Other Items At Coteau Holmes Home
Last week, Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal says his deputies were able to recover two stolen cars, other stolen items and drugs from a home at 1104 Coteau Holmes Road.
Deputies arrested 46-year-old Allen Toucheck after a search of his home.
Toucheck is facing multiple charges including:
- Two counts of theft of a motor vehicle
- Nine counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted fellon
- One count of possession of a stolen firearm
- One count of possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance.
- One count of possession of drug paraphernalia
- One count of possession with intent to distribute Schedule II narcotics
- One count of possession of Schedule II narcotics
- One count of possession of Schedule IV narcotics
- One count of second subsequent offender
- One count of theft over $1,500
- Once count of possession of stolen property over $1,500
- One count of possession of shotgun with sawed off barrel under 18''
Deputies say the cars were stolen from the 1900 block of Lillie Street in Jeanerette.
They also recovered chainsaws, guns, drugs and drug paraphernalia.
