Iberia Parish Suspect Arrested

A man wanted for a crime in the 300 block of Fontelieu Drive in New Iberia on June 13 of this year has been arrested by Iberia Parish Sheriff's Officials.

Sheriff Louis Ackal says 25-year-old Arneze Jack was arrested on a warrant for attempted first degree murder and home invasion.

Jack was arrested around 6:30 last night by the US Marshal's Violent Offender Task Force at a home on Bodin Road in Ashton in the parish of St. Mary.

Sheriff Ackal says that Jack was the third suspect they were looking for in connection with the case.
