New Iberia Curfew For Minors

According to the Mayor Of New Iberia, Freddie DeCourt, they are instituting a curfew for unaccompanied minors.

The city-wide curfew begins at 10 o'clock tonight.

A curfew will be in place for minors beginning at 10 o'clock each night and going through each following day at 6 in the morning.

If your child works, the Mayor says that will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
