Shots being fired Wednesday night leads to the arrest of two men in Opelousas. City Police Officers found two men suspected of being the shooters near the Chevron on Creswell Lane. Investigating officers found a box of .38 caliber bullets and a .38 caliber revolver with six spent casings in it. Joseph K. Papillion was booked with illegal possession of  a firearm on school property while David Savoy was charged with illegal possession of a firearm on school property and discharging a firearm in the city limits.
